Addressing Fraudulent Activities – A Response from UK Home Secretary and Fraud Policy Unit

In connection with our ongoing pursuit to counter fraudulent activities, we present a significant update regarding the recent developments surrounding Mr Phillp Edwards. Edwards had orchestrated a scam against our esteemed airline, Air Nana, utilizing a forged HSBC US $1.3 billion proof of funds.

In response to this critical matter, I took the initiative to directly contact the Home Secretary of the United Kingdom, the Rt Hon Suella Braverman KC MP. It is with great satisfaction that we announce the response from the Fraud Unit at the Home Office, acting on behalf of the Home Secretary, which marks a significant milestone in our efforts to address this issue.

In light of these events, I wish to express my sincere gratitude to the Home Secretary of the United Kingdom for the invaluable moral support provided during this challenging period. Additionally, I extend my heartfelt appreciation to the dedicated team at the Fraud Policy Unit within Homeland Security for their prompt and resolute involvement.
